This policy describes how Sentinel Global Affairs & Strategy ("Sentinel", "we") processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

We minimise data collection and avoid third-party trackers wherever possible.

  • Contact data you submit via email or forms (name, organisation, message)
  • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and debugging — retained briefly
  • Language preference, stored locally in your browser

Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website). We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

§ 04

Retention

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Server logs are rotated regularly.
